Sharon Dalton; Owner/Manager of 5-2 Investments. I’ve been a professional Investment Consultant since 2000. I currently hold a degree in Accounting, Management, and Fashion Merchandising, while possessing over 30+ years in the Real Estate Industry. I began my journey back in 1985, in Texas as a Mortgage Loan Secretary for a Bank, in the mortgage department. During that time is when I obtained my Real Estate and Texas Mortgage Brokers Licenses. My experience, knowledge, and background of owning my own mortgage lending company since 1991 gives me the added confidence in making sure the job is finalized to prefection.
I'm extremely passionate about what I do, I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for significant outcomes.
